On May 30, the 8th air separation plant contract between our company and Linyi Iron and Steel Group officially began to be implemented. This set of KDON-10000/10000 air separation plant, oxygen production: 10000Nm 3/h, purity 99.6% O2; nitrogen production: 10000Nm 3/h, purity 99.99% O2.
Due to the demand of Linyi iron and steel production, Linyi iron and steel requires only 135 days of oxygen output. Obviously, our company once created the record of the shortest oxygen emission time of 165 days in the 10000 air separation of Lingang project, but this time it was shortened by a whole month, this is another challenge to our company. In response to this situation, the company held the 8th set of Lingang 10000 air separation meeting, in which the leaders of the company seriously inquired about the situation of relevant departments, from technology to production, and then to installation and debugging, every link must give full play to its potential, and all relevant leaders and employees must be serious and responsible. While ensuring the quality of products and installation, they should also ensure the project to release oxygen on schedule.
At the meeting, leaders of various departments expressed that Linyi Iron and Steel Group had launched 8 sets of 10000 air separation units in our company in recent years, which fully demonstrated the trust of Linyi iron and steel group leaders in our company. The first 7 sets of air separation points have been running, and some of them have been running for four or five years and run well. This fully shows that the quality of our company's products is excellent, and we should complete the 8th air separation plant with quality guarantee, quantity guarantee and time guarantee to meet the requirements of users and win honor for our company.
