Recently, I always hear people around me complain that I have too much trouble, and there is no sense of happiness in the helpless expression.
In fact, are we really unhappy? I remember a Zen master once said that if you calm down and think nothing, there will be no trouble. Zen master's words are like stones thrown into the water. The Zen master calmed down without thinking anything, and after we heard the sound of "Cog Dong", our troubles were rippled in our hearts.
Why is happiness always around others and worries always entangled in one's heart-this is most people's understanding of happiness and worries. However, when we are sad and lament, we have already become the god of happiness in others' eyes. The poor think that they can get happiness with money, while the staff think that if they get promoted, they will have no trouble. The result is that those who have troubles are still difficult to solve, while those who are not happy are still hard to find happiness.
I think the word "worry" is always an insurmountable gully to find happy people. In real life, everyone is happy, even if you are penniless, at least you have the coat to keep out the cold; even if you are lonely, at least you can enjoy the bright sunshine; even if you are physically disabled, at least you still have tenacious spirit, so please calm down and don't let our happiness feel in others' eyes.
In fact, we ask for troubles by ourselves, for power, for name, for money and for more benefit. Life is short, coming and going in a hurry, looking for troubles for the happiness you already have. Just like what Chu Zhilin wrote in his poem "broken chapter": "A person is always looking up and enviing others' happiness, but when he turns back, he finds that he is being looked up and envied by others ."
Annoyed us, when feeling others' happiness, please close your eyes and ignite your own happiness!
