The operator of piston air compressor must pay attention when the machine is running, and frequently carry out inspection tour to find faults and eliminate them in time. And make necessary adjustments according to instrument instructions and work requirements. Generally speaking, we should pay attention to the following problems:
1) lubrication:
According to the pressure gauge on the oil tube of the circulating lubrication system, the temperature indication of the main bearing of the air compressor and the moving part, the oil supply situation of the gear oil pump should be paid attention;
Small air compressor crankcase oil level;
Pay attention to the oil level in the bearing lubricated by oil ring and the normal rotation of oil ring;
Pay attention to the oil storage and oil dripping condition of the oiling machine;
Pay attention to the temperature of lubricating oil in the lubrication system of each moving part.
2) cooling aspect
Attention should be paid to the discharge situation and temperature of cooling water at all levels.
3) temperature and pressure indication
It should be noted that the temperature of compressed air after each stage of compression should not exceed 160℃;
It should be noted that after passing through the intermediate cooler, the suction temperature of each level should not be higher than that of the first level of the inhaled air;
Pay attention to whether the pressure distribution in each compression section is correct;
Pay attention to check whether the temperature indication of each friction part of the compressor is normal.
4) motor aspect
Observe whether the working condition of the motor is normal or not through ammeter and voltmeter at any time.
5) Other aspects
Pay attention to whether the connecting parts and fastening parts (screws, etc.) are safe and reliable and should not be loose;
Pay attention to the working condition of transmission mechanism, and listen to whether there is abnormal sound;
For the air compressor in small air separation plant, attention should be paid to the timely discharge of oil and water in each section.
