How to start the discontinuous oxygen generation operation when the oxygen generation is restored?

Before starting, slowly open the upper and lower valves of the liquid level and liquid oxygen level gauge, check the liquid oxygen level, and decide the opening and starting steps of the liquid level and liquid nitrogen throttle valve according to the level of the liquid oxygen level. If the liquid oxygen liquid level has evaporated, it can be started as normal; if the liquid oxygen liquid level still has more than 4kPa (25 cm carbon tetrachluene column), it can be started as follows:
1) open the nitrogen vent valve, open the oxygen vent valve (about one turn), open the liquid and liquid nitrogen throttle valve to the position before parking;
2) start the air compressor and the purifier according to the normal start-up steps. Slowly open the high pressure air inlet valve of the distillation column after the pressure is stable;
3) when the heat exchanger pressure reaches the normal working pressure, open the high pressure air throttle valve (turn half a circle to one circle ). Start the expansion machine when the pressure continues to rise, and keep the high pressure on the starting pressure. Then according to the temperature condition of T1, T2 and T3, adjust the opening degree of section-1 valve and Cam.
4) it is normal that the liquid oxygen level drops after driving. If the decline is too fast, open large liquid air and liquid nitrogen throttle to keep it.
When the liquid oxygen level rises to 4.7kPa (30 cm carbon tetrachite column), we can adjust the tower and analyze the purity of oxygen. Subsequent operations are the same as normal startup.
