How to operate small air separation plant when facing emergency power failure?

When the small air separation plant encounters an emergency power outage (especially at night), it should be calm first. Use different operation methods for different types of devices. As for the new process of the molecular sieve purifier with gas bearing turbine expansion machine, because the gas bearing turbine expansion machine adopts fan braking, there will be no "flying" accident due to power failure. But after stopping, the operation inertia of the expander is relatively large, so bearing gas and sealing gas must be supplied for a long time. The operation method can be carried out according to the following steps:
1) close the purifier inlet valve quickly to ensure the air source of bearing gas;
2) close expansion machine inlet valve quickly;
3) close the V2, V3, V1 valves and high pressure air inlet valves, and try to keep medium pressure and high pressure pressure:
4) close the discharge valves of oxygen, nitrogen and distillation, and keep the pressure of the upper tower at 0.055MPa (surface pressure) with the nitrogen vent valve );
5) close the upper and lower valves of the liquid level and liquid oxygen level gauge to prevent the blocking of the liquid level gauge;
6) air compressor open vent valve, chui chu fa, by air compressor normal parking do of the work;
7) cut off all the electrical switches to make it in the "start" position. Especially the power supply of the purifier heating furnace, it must not be ignored.
Emergency power outages often happen. Therefore, we should be mentally prepared and materially prepared for the accident lights. The maintenance of the high pressure air inlet valve of the expansion machine should be strengthened to keep it flexible.
