1. Only one (132kw-8) of the four air compressors is changed to be added with a pressure transmitter, and the actual pressure of the sampling pipe network is fed back to the inverter. Inverter automatically adjusts output voltage through software (PID function. (That is to reduce the actual power) to meet the actual gas consumption. After agreement, in order not to affect the motor temperature, we adopt RB600-3P160G type (160kw inverter ).
II. Adopt manual switching of power/frequency conversion. If there is something wrong with the frequency converter, it can be changed to power frequency operation. It really does not affect the actual production of the factory and ensures the long-term operation of the air compressor.
Third, according to the pressure requirements of customers, the network management pressure can be set to 0.6Mpa, because four air compressors work at the same time, we will waste the electric energy of the three of them that have not been changed, save one through frequency conversion transformation.
IV. According to the practical experience, the rebuilt inlet current is about 190A, and the saving power is about 30/2 = 15kw. Power = kilowatt/hour (namely 15 degrees/hour), running in 24 hours, saving power per day = 15*24 = 360 degrees. Calculate by 0.5 yuan per degree = 360*0.5 = 180 yuan/day. Monthly = 180*30 = 5400 yuan.
