In the DEAR Industrial Park, the industrial cluster area of Dongdong, Kaifeng, a spectacular new modern joint plant with an area of 14000 square meters has been built and put into production. In the workshop with complete supporting facilities, the newly equipped advanced air separation production equipment has been installed in place one after another. Currently, the new factory has already possessed the production and manufacturing capacity of large complete sets of air separation equipment.
The workshop has already been equipped with advanced equipments such as crane, cantilever automatic welding operator, CNC horizontal adjustment three-roll rolling machine, cantilever welding lifting frame, CNC cutting machine, large and medium-sized lathe, CNC lathe, etc. At the same time, many modern assembling production lines have been built, fully possessing the ability to produce large air separation plant. In the next stage, the company will introduce informationized manufacturing management means through a series of updating of production equipment and process transformation, and finally realize the highly integration of automation production and informatization and industrial automation. At present, the new workshop has entered the initial stage of production. With the completion of the installation and debugging of each equipment and the training of equipment operation, it is expected to be officially put into production in January 15 this year.
The completion of the new workshop will greatly improve the production environment and enhance the production capacity and craft manufacturing level of the processing industry.
