In order to ensure the normal operation of the compressor and extend its service life, besides regular maintenance and overhaul, daily maintenance and inspection are very important.
In addition to using various instruments to detect the operation changes of the compressor, we usually use the methods of seeing, listening and touching to check. But these three methods are not isolated, but interrelated. One of them alone cannot check whether the compressor is running.
Look -- with the method of look, we can see whether the parts of each transmission part are loose and whether the lubrication condition of each friction part is good; whether the cooling efficiency of cooling water and intermediate cooler of air cylinder at all levels is good and whether the flow of cooling water is smooth; whether the air cylinder and cooler at all levels are pouring; whether there is air leakage or oil leakage at all joints;
Listen -- the method of listening can be used to correctly judge the operation of the compressor. Because when the compressor is running, its sound should be even and rhythmic. If its sound loses its rhythm, and there is uneven noise and noise, it means that the internal parts of the compressor or the working condition of the cylinder has changed abnormally.
Touch -- use the method of touch to know the degree of fever. But be sure to pay attention to safety. It is better to stop the car for inspection. Pay more attention to the safety when checking the friction parts of the moving parts (the method of touching is absolutely not allowed at all levels of gas hiding exits, because the temperature here is relatively high ). Meanwhile, the vibration situation of its transmission parts can also be known. However, the three methods of watching, listening and touching are not isolated. Sometimes it is impossible to judge the working condition of the equipment only by one method. Therefore, we must combine and analyze some of the observed materials to get the correct conclusion.
For example, the air leakage of the air cylinder at the inlet can be touched by touching, because the temperature of the cylinder head will rise due to the leakage of high temperature gas after the air leakage of the inlet, but when the air leakage of the imported gas cutting is not too big, it may not be touched by touching. This can only be heard by the method of listening, or can be seen from the pressure gauge by the method of looking.
Because after gas cutting leakage, the air inlet pressure of this level cylinder rises while its outlet pressure decreases.
According to the above, the method of seeing, listening and touching can be applied in practical operation, which can help to timely and accurately judge the causes of various abnormal phenomena and timely prevent and deal with them. In this way, the possibility of accidents can be greatly reduced. Dust, sundries and greasy dirt can not only pollute lubricating oil, increase wear and corrosion of machine parts, but also cause machine failure. This will prolong the service life of the machine and ensure the normal operation of the machine.
