Not only the oxygen purity of oxygen products can be analyzed by using the ZnO oxygen analyzer, but also the microamount of oxygen in high purity argon and high purity nitrogen can be analyzed. According to the content of micro oxygen in the gas, the analyzer should be adjusted to the corresponding range level. For example: 0.1 × 10-6~ 10 x 10-6, 8 x 10-6~ 100 x 10-6, 80 × 10-6~ 1000 x 10-6, 0.08% ~ 1%, 0.8% ~ 10%, etc. It should first heat the air source to 750 ~ 850℃, so the oxygen content can be measured after the furnace temperature indicator light is on. When using, the following matters should be paid attention:
1) control flow. Do not use large flow, so as not to impact the AES tube, which will break and damage the AES tube. The flow rate is generally 500 mL/min.
2) Check air tightness. Available gradually leak detection method, remove the movement inspection. There is a three-way joint in the AES tube, and there are two parts that are easy to leak: one is the flow meter leakage; the other is the rupture of the AES tube. Enter microgas first, make the flow rotor rise to the top full scale, then block the outlet of flow meter. If the flow rotor does not come down, it means that the flow meter leaks; if the rotor does not come down when the instrument outlet is blocked, it means that the AES tube is broken.
3) when used for argon analysis, the reading of flow meter is on the left; when used for nitrogen analysis, the reading of flow meter is on the right.
4) when it is used to analyze high purity argon or high purity nitrogen, if the measuring range is placed in the minimum gear and the pointer is always on the left, it indicates that there is reductive gas in the gas, such as H2, CmHn, CO, etc. It should be removed by method, otherwise it cannot be measured.
5) determination of oxygen content is less than 0.1 × 10-3When, it is not suitable to use latex tube to connect, and use metal tube to connect.
