In the air separation equipment, the condensation evaporator is connected to the upper tower and the lower tower, and its working principle is shown as follows: Lower tower gas and nitrogen condensation: the gas and nitrogen generated at the top of the lower tower enter the high temperature side channel of the condensation evaporator, release heat and condense into liquid nitrogen. Evaporation of liquid oxygen in the upper tower: the liquid oxygen returning from the bottom of the upper tower enters the low-temperature side channel of the condensing evaporator, absorbs heat and evaporates into gas oxygen. Gas-liquid equilibrium and product separation: the gas-liquid equilibrium between the upper tower and the lower tower is maintained through the heat exchange and phase change process of the condensing evaporator, which realizes the efficient separation of oxygen and nitrogen. Gas-oxygen is led out as product, while liquid nitrogen is partly used as reflux liquid in the lower tower and partly sent to the top of the upper tower as reflux liquid after throttling and depressurization.
