Before the molecular sieve purifier, in order to reduce the temperature of the processing air, it must first enter the air cooling tower for cooling. In the air cooling tower, air enters from the bottom, exits from the top of the tower, and enters the molecular sieve purifier. Water is sprayed from the top of the tower and mixed with air to cool the air. There are multiple through flow trays or fillers inside the air cooling tower to increase the contact area. In order to separate water, a water trap is installed at the top of the tower. When the air flow rate in the air-cooled tower is too fast, carrying too much water or spraying too much water, and the automatic water level adjustment fails, it can cause water ingress accidents in the molecular sieve purifier.
There will be the following phenomena when water enters: the molecular sieve pressure fluctuates from high to low, the resistance of the adsorber increases, and the temperature curve changes after heating and cold blowing. The most obvious decrease is the temperature after cold blowing, and a flat peak appears. The longer the curve distance of the flat wind, the more water enters the molecular sieve.
How to prevent water from entering the molecular sieve purification system: The air cooling tower should be operated according to the regulations, first introducing gas, and then introducing it after the pressure rises and stabilizes; Cannot suddenly increase or decrease air volume; Maintain the water level of the air cooling tower; The water spray volume should not be too large; The water quality should meet the requirements, reduce the inlet water temperature, and reduce scale.
