The operating procedures for starting the expansion machine include the following aspects:
Input various measuring instruments into the system; Start the sealing gas and oil system; Check the valve status and ensure that it is fully open manually when opened; Put the aftercooler at the booster end of the expander into operation; The cooling water of the oil cooler should be put into operation when it is about to start up, and the oil temperature should not be too low; When the booster reaches the specified required value after a section of boosting, start the expander, and then quickly open the nozzle to make the expander quickly and smoothly pass the critical speed; Slowly open the nozzle to 70% (or more), then slowly close the reflux valve until it is fully closed, gradually increasing the speed to the rated speed; During the start-up of the expander, attention should be paid to the control of BAC to ensure that the exhaust pressure in one section remains relatively stable; As the inlet temperature of the expander decreases, the amount of air flowing through the expander gradually increases. It is important to pay attention to the changes in speed by adjusting the nozzle to adjust the speed; During operation, attention should be paid to monitoring the temperature of the expander bearings and controlling the oil temperature.
