What are the reasons why the main cooling liquid level of the air separation equipment is not high and how to solve it?
There are several reasons why the main cooling liquid level is not high:
1. The incomplete heat exchange loss of the main heat exchanger increases;
2. The expansion machine has a small temperature difference, low efficiency, and less expansion;
3. The temperature of the air entering the main heat exchanger is high;
4. Equipment leakage increases the loss of cold running;
5. A large amount of liquid products are taken out.
The solution is as follows:
1. Reasonably allocate cooling capacity, and if the heat exchanger is blocked, it should be fully heated and blown out;
2. Check the expander and handle it;
3. Check the air cooling system and molecular sieve adsorber and handle them;
4. Inspect cold insulation materials, detect leaks, and handle them;
5. Reduce the amount of liquid extracted.

In the process of operation, especially in the start-up and shutdown of the air separation unit, one-way force should be avoided on the instrument.
