For low-pressure air separation devices, the absolute pressure of compressed air discharged from the air compressor is around 0.6MPa. After compression, the moisture content per unit volume of air increases, causing its moisture content to reach the saturation level corresponding to the temperature at that time. When air flows through the air cooling tower, as the temperature decreases, the corresponding saturated moisture content decreases, and the excess part will precipitate from the gas in a liquid state. This portion of water vapor condenses into water, while releasing latent heat of condensation, which not only increases the cooling water volume but also increases the water temperature. But the temperature of the air exiting the tower decreases, so although the air comes into direct contact with water in the cooling tower, its moisture content will actually decrease.

The research and development of DEAR Air Separation has always focused on intelligent air separation devices and the development of new energy-saving products. Through cooperation with renowned universities and research institutions both inside and outside the province, and through independent and collaborative innovation, a group of professional engineering and technical teams have been cultivated, and a number of high-tech gas separation device research and development projects have been stored.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...
