1. Before use, remove unnecessary sundries within the working range of the machine to avoid unnecessary losses caused by damage to the equipment during operation.
2. Before starting the machine, ensure that there is enough lubricating oil in the reducer. The reducer has not been oiled before leaving the factory. It should be oiled before starting the machine. (For details, see the "Maintenance" section)
3. Check whether the electrical circuit is normal.
4. It is not allowed to overload, and the weight of the workpiece shall not exceed the rated bearing capacity.
5. Adjust the speed control knob on the operation panel and adjust it according to the required speed.
6. Make sure to cut off the power supply after the operation and after work to avoid equipment damage caused by voltage change. At the same time, dust and impurities on the rotating gear shall be removed to extend its service life.
7. Use and maintenance
The gear and reducer output gear shall be kept clean and free of foreign matters. They shall be lubricated regularly and lithium grease shall be selected.
Reducer: add worm gear special oil or N220, N320 industrial gear oil according to the oil standard before use for the first time. The oil needs to be changed after the first 300 hours of use, and then every 3000 hours.
8. Daily inspection
Do not open the control box during power-on and operation. Check the operation of the equipment from the outside to confirm that there are no abnormalities.
(1) The operation performance conforms to the standards and specifications.
(2) The surrounding environment meets the requirements (no rain, no corrosive gas, no high temperature environment).
(3) Display components are normal.
(4) There is no abnormal noise, vibration and smell.
(5) There is no overheating or discoloration.
(6) Whether the lubricating oil in the reducer is sufficient.
9. During regular inspection, stop the operation, cut off the power supply and open the outer cover of the control device.
(1) The power supply voltage is within the allowable range.
(2) Remove the dust on the control panel.
(3) Check the cable insulation. If there is any damage, immediately stop using and repair it.
(4) All kinds of connector parts, if loose, can be used after fastening.
(5) If the control circuit and electrical components are damaged and can affect the operation or become a potential fault in the future, they must be repaired.
