There are three types of stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel with chromium as the main alloying element. There are also austenitic stainless steels with Cr-Ni as the main alloy. Chromium and nickel are all alloy elements that can expand the austenitic phase zone. When nickel is added to steel containing more than 18% chromium, single-phase austenitic steel can be obtained at room temperature. If quenched at 1050~1100 degrees C, the sub-single-phase austenitic structure can be obtained with 8% nickel content, which is our most commonly used Cr18Ni8 series stainless steel.
The R&D content of DEAR Air Separation Argon Recovery Project includes: the selection of process routes, and the selection of more reasonable and effective process routes through comparison; Design of equipment parameters: design the drawings of individual equipment according to the route and equipment parameters provided by the process; The overall design is to connect all equipment into a system through pipelines to achieve the goal of process route. After the completion of the project, it can be put into experiment and operation, achieve the goal of continuous argon production, and continuously save the use cost of liquid argon for customers. If there is other need, you can copy this product or improve the design on the original basis. Meet the customized needs of users.
