The air separation plant produces oxygen and other gases. Oxygen is a colorless, odorless and tasteless gas. It is a combustion promoter.

Oxygen and combustible gas (acetylene, methane, etc.) can be mixed in a certain proportion to form an explosive mixture. When the oxygen concentration in the air increases to 25%, it can stimulate active combustion reaction; When the oxygen concentration reaches 27%, a spark can develop into a lively flame. Therefore, fireworks are strictly prohibited in the oxygen workshop and around the oxygen generation device. When the clothes are saturated with oxygen, they will burn quickly in case of open fire. Especially the clothes contaminated with grease may spontaneously ignite in the presence of oxygen. Therefore, clothes saturated with oxygen should be ventilated and diluted outdoors immediately. At the same time, the oxygen generator operator or the person in contact with oxygen and liquid oxygen is not allowed to apply oil.

DEAR Air manufactures large, medium and small scale air separation equipment, high purity oxygen, nitrogen and argon equipment, low purity oxygen and oxygen equipment, energy saving air separation equipment, liquid air separation equipment, liquefaction equipment, natural gas purification, natural gas liquefaction (LNG), etc. With the characteristics of advanced technology, reliable quality and high cost performance, the company is committed to building a complete set of high-quality air separation equipment. Deere gas mainly produces oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and other conventional gases, and actively develops helium, neon, krypton, xenon and other rare gases and other special gases.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...

Distillation is using the different boiling points of the two substances to condense the mixed steam and vaporize the mixed liquid repeatedly to achieve gas separation. For a mixed liquid composed of two substances with different boiling points, when the heat absorption part evaporates, the volatile components will evaporate more, while the mixed steam will give off heat and partially condense, the non volatile components will condense more. If the saturated steam with higher temperature is mixed with the saturated liquid with lower temperature, the steam will release heat and partially condense, and the liquid will absorb heat part of it evaporates. If after a round of partial evaporation and partial condensation, the steam and liquid with higher concentration will contact with the steam and liquid with different temperature respectively, and then partial condensation and partial evaporation will occur again. This process will be repeated for many times, and finally gas separation
