The oxygen generator is also called air separation equipment. There are many kinds of it. According to different classification methods, there are many different types.

According to the product purity, it can be divided into devices for producing high-purity oxygen with oxygen purity above 99.2%; A device for producing low purity oxygen (also called process oxygen) with an oxygen purity of about 95%; A device for producing oxygen rich (also called liquefied air) with purity less than 35%.

According to different types of products, it can be divided into single high product devices that simply produce high purity oxygen; Double high product device for producing high purity oxygen and high purity nitrogen at the same time; An argon extraction device or a full extraction device for extracting rare gas is attached.

According to the product form, it can be divided into devices for producing gaseous products; A device for producing liquid products and a device for simultaneously producing gaseous and liquid products.

According to the quantity of products, it can be divided into small equipment below 800m3/h; 1000~6000m3/h medium-sized equipment; Large equipment above 10000m3/h.

According to different separation methods, it can be divided into low-temperature distillation method; Molecular sieve adsorption method and membrane permeation method.

According to the working pressure, it can be divided into high pressure devices with a pressure of 10.0-20 OMPa; Medium pressure device with working pressure of 1.0~5.0MPa; Full low pressure device with pressure of 0.5~0.6MPa.
