The function of lubricating oil is to lubricate the bearing of compressor, reduce friction, take away the heat generated by friction and cool the bearing.
If the oil temperature is too high, the effect of cooling bearing will be bad, which will lead to the rise of bearing temperature; in addition, the increase of oil temperature will also lead to the decrease of viscosity of lubricating oil, which will easily cause the damage of local oil film and the failure of lubrication, reduce the bearing capacity of the bearing, and even cause carbonization of lubricating oil to burn tiles.
If the temperature of oil is too low, the viscosity of oil will increase, which will increase the lubrication friction of oil film and increase the power consumption of bearings. In addition, it will make the oil film thicker and produce machine vibration caused by oil film vibration. Therefore, the inlet oil temperature of lubricating oil should not be lower than 25℃, and the outlet oil temperature should not be higher than 60℃.
The change of oil temperature can be adjusted by the cooling water flow of heater and cooler. When the oil temperature is too low, the oil heater can be started to close or reduce the flow of cooling water; when the oil temperature is too high, the amount of cooling water can be increased. If it still doesn't work, check whether the oil pressure drops, whether the cooler is dirty or blocked, and also check whether the bearing is damaged.

Fluid resistance refers to the pressure drop of fluid flowing through pipes, valves or equipment. The actual process pressure gradually decreased. In order to ensure the final pressure required by the process, a pressure source (gas compressor or pump) is needed to provide higher pressure, that is, more energy is consumed. Therefore, the amount of resistance reflects the amount of energy loss. In oxygen production, flow resistance is also closely related to the production process. For example, the resistance measurement of switching heat exchanger is the basis to judge whether self-cleaning is good. If the resistance of the distillation column is too large, the normal distillation conditions will be destroyed. The magnitude of resistance (i.e. energy loss) can be expressed by the pressure drop before and after the fluid flows through the vessel. For example, the gauge pressure at the bottom of the tower is 0.038 MPa, the gauge pressure at the top of the tower is 0.025 MPa, and the p
