When oxygen is not used or the oxygen consumption is less than the output of the oxygen generator, the excess oxygen can be stored in the gas tank. When the oxygen consumption is greater than the output of the oxygen generator, the stored oxygen can be released. The pressure of the tank shall be greater than the pressure required by the user.
