The adsorbent of the air separation unit can not adsorb the adsorbate indefinitely, and it needs to be desorbed when the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is reached. There are four desorption methods:

1. Heating the gas will raise the temperature of the adsorbent, increase the energy of the adsorbate, and get rid of the adsorption;

2. Reduce the pressure of equipment to reduce the partial pressure of adsorbate, so as to separate from adsorption;

3. Introduce the gas difficult to be adsorbed into the adsorbent, dilute the concentration of adsorbate, thereby reducing the partial pressure of adsorbate and separating from the adsorption;

4. The more easily adsorbed gas is introduced to replace the adsorbed adsorbate.

The DEAR Air Separation Engineering Technology Team has experts and professional technicians who have been engaged in the construction of air separation projects for a long time to provide users with various engineering business process planning services, establish a systematic and standardized service guarantee system, adopt the principles of independence, science and justice, and comprehensively use the knowledge and experience of engineering technology to ensure that each link is implemented in place and handled carefully, so that customers can rest assured and satisfied.

In medium and large air separation plants, the purification system is an important part when separating oxygen, nitrogen and argon from air. The purification system commonly uses molecular sieve adsorbent to adsorb moisture, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, etc. in the air. The molecular sieve purification system plays an important role in the air separation equipment process to ensure safety. The molecular sieve purification system is generally composed of adsorber, electric heater, pipeline, val...

When the exhaust temperature of the piston compressor is higher than the design value, the most direct impact is that the lubricating oil is carbonized, which leads to the compressor parts burned out because of not getting good lubrication. If the temperature of the compressor is too high during actual operation, the cause should be analyzed in time and corresponding preventive measures should be taken. The following methods can be used for reference in practice. 1. Reducing the inlet air temperature can directly reduce the exhaust temperature. Check the intercooler to ensure the cooling effect of the intercooler. 2. The installation of the valve and the selection of the spring should be standardized to ensure the normal operation of the valve and minimize the loss of inlet and outlet pressure. 3. Strengthen the cooling of cylinder to ensure the normal compression process index. 4. Internal leakage is the main reason for the increase of exhaust temperature. 5.For multist
