The temperature of the two-stage distillation tower at the top of the upper tower is related to its nitrogen discharge concentration and pressure. The temperature of the top of the upper tower can be checked from the gas liquid equilibrium diagram according to the top pressure and nitrogen concentration of the upper tower. When the upper tower pressure is constant, the higher the nitrogen discharge concentration, the lower the corresponding saturation temperature. Since there is such a relationship between the upper tower temperature and nitrogen purity, the nitrogen purity can also be judged from the upper tower temperature.
