Due to the interaction between oxygen and nitrogen molecules, the condensation temperature of oxygen nitrogen mixture at any concentration is not equal to the condensation temperature of pure oxygen or pure nitrogen, but between them. For example, at a standard atmospheric pressure, the temperature at which air begins to condense is 81.8k, which is lower than the condensing temperature of pure oxygen and higher than the condensing temperature of pure nitrogen.

The assembly process of DEAR: vertical assembly is adopted to ensure that the center of gravity between the cylinders is in a straight line and the perpendicularity of the cylinders. Filler: the plus aluminum alloy wave plate filler developed by Tianjin University is used. The original multi part packing is changed and the whole disc packing is used to reduce the filling error, improve the extraction accuracy and speed up the filling. Spring pin type tooling shall be installed at the edge of the packing plate, and the tooling shall be kept in a raised state when it is not filled, so as to facilitate the use of fixtures for hoisting; When filling, the pin drops so that the two plates of packing can be overlapped.
