Molecular sieves selectively adsorb oxygen and nitrogen components in the air to separate the air to obtain oxygen. When compressed air passes through the adsorption layer of the molecular sieve adsorption tower, nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed, and oxygen remains in the gas phase to become oxygen. When the nitrogen adsorbed on the molecular sieve reaches saturation, the nitrogen molecules adsorbed on the surface of the molecular sieve are removed by reducing pressure or vacuuming to restore the adsorption capacity of the molecular sieve. In order to continuously supply oxygen, the device is usually provided with two or more adsorption towers.

1. Before filling with pearlite, the water accumulated on the foundation surface of air separation unit must be removed, dried with hot air, and all manholes shall be closed. 2. When filling pearlite, all containers and pipes in the cold box should be inflated and kept at 50kPa pressure, then slightly open the valve of each meter pipeline, and all thermometers should be electrified to check whether the thermometer cable is damaged during the filling process. 3.
