Conditions required before cooling: equipment and pipelines have been thoroughly heated and purged; The air filter is put into normal operation; Put the air turbine compressor into normal operation; The air precooling system is put into normal operation; The molecular sieve purification system is put into normal operation; The booster compressor unit is put into operation; The instrument control and electric control systems are put into normal operation.
Liquid accumulation: the initially accumulated liquid on the liquid oxygen side of the main cooling should be drained. Adjust the upper tower pressure to accelerate the accumulation of main cooling liquid. When the liquid level of liquid air reaches the normal value, send the liquid air to the upper tower. At this stage, the amount of air entering the tower will continue to increase. Therefore, pay attention to the discharge pressure of the air compressor and adjust the pressure of the upper and lower towers to be within the specified value.
Establishment of distillation process: when the resistance value of the upper and lower towers reaches about 50% of the design value, it can be considered that the distillation conditions of the upper and lower towers have been established, and the resistance of the upper and lower towers can be controlled by adjusting the set value of the valve.
Purity adjustment: according to the data of each analysis point of the analyzer, use the valve to adjust the distillation conditions of the upper and lower towers. According to the purity of oxygen and nitrogen of the product, gradually increase the product output until the normal value.
When the product index reaches the design value, the product can be switched from the vent pipeline to the product output pipeline, and the working pressure of the upper and lower towers can be adjusted at the same time. After the fractionator works stably, put the automatic control instrument into operation. When the liquid oxygen level of the main cooling liquid rises continuously, the liquid oxygen should be discharged to keep the liquid oxygen level from being too high.
