Low outlet pressure is one of the common failures of piston type liquid oxygen pumps. The causes of low outlet pressure are usually wrong pump steering, insufficient speed, steam in the pump or a blocked inlet filter. If a piston liquid oxygen pump has a low outlet pressure fault, stop the pump to check the cause. If the steering is wrong, change the motor wiring. If there is steam in the pump, the exhaust line needs to be opened and re-cooled. If the filter is clogged, it needs to be disassembled for cleaning.
The small air separation units, large air separation units and liquid air separation plants Engineering Technology Research Centre, which is based on Dear 、, was established in December 2018. The Engineering Technology Centre has undertaken three research projects at the municipal level or above: "The construction and application research of PLM platform based on workflow in the air separation manufacturing industry" "The development research of automatic selection and parametric design system for small air separation units, large air separation units and liquid air separation plants based on database" "Argon recovery, research on crude argon purification equipment". There are currently six ongoing projects, of which four are declared as science and technology projects.
