What are the characteristics and requirements of oxygen piping for liquid air separation plant?

The oxygen piping of liquid air separation plant has the following characteristics:

One, high oxygen purity, the purity of oxygen produced by the liquid air separation plant ≥ 99.6%.

Two, is the oxygen transport pipeline pressure, high pressure oxygen operating pressure at 8.77MPa.

Third, is with the general characteristics of gas piping, the local airflow speed is fast, reaching 200 m / s.

According to the characteristics of the oxygen pipeline requires that

  1. The appearance of the pipeline component parts is inspected before use, and its surface is free of cracks, shrinkage, slag, folding, heavy skin and other defects, and has product identification.
