In recent years, pressure swing adsorption (PSA) gas separation technology has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, steel, metallurgy, electronics, medical and environmental protection fields due to its easy operation, room temperature operation, low energy consumption, high degree of automation and environmental friendliness. The core of the VPS device is the adsorbent, a significant feature of the adsorbent is that the adsorption capacity of different gas components is different under the same conditions, with selective adsorption; and the adsorption capacity increases as the adsorption pressure rises, and decreases as the adsorption pressure decreases, the adsorption pressure gradually desorbs the material adsorbed at higher pressure. It is this characteristic of adsorbents that is used in VPS small air separation units to achieve gas separation and continuous production.
Dear Air Separation cooperates with the world's top institutions to jointly research and develop the VPS gas separation technology, and has established joint laboratories with CAS, XPTC and XJTU, as well as a provincial engineering technology research centre, and has been awarded the national "small giant" enterprise.
