1.1 The water used for the pressure test shall be clean domestic water ,for containers with complex structures or distillation towers, plate fin heat exchangers, condensing evaporators, adsorbers, filters, etc., which should not be used as a medium, the air pressure test is available.

1.2 Gas tightness test for dry oil-free clean air or nitrogen.

Test pressure categories: strength air pressure test, test water pressure test, gas tightness test

Pressure vessel

3.1 Level pressure gauge test nitrogen seal pressure.

3.2 multi-channel vessel test sealing nitrogen in doubt or no sealing nitrogen must be pressure test to verify whether there is internal leakage.

3.3 Oxygen is strictly forbidden to be used as test pressure gas

Valve

4.1 Where the need for on-site degreasing, disassembly and inspection of the valve before installation shall be a separate gas tightness test.

4.2 The safety is only tested by jumping. After reaching the requirements can be sealed, where the safety valve before the shut-off valve ,the valve must be kept fully open and sealed.

4.3 Pneumatic film control valves need to make the following checks before installation: leakage check, positioner action test, packing letter, flange sealing surface for leakage inspection.

Dear Air Separation manufactures small air separation unit that meets customer requirements and is pressure tested and gas tight tested.

Cryogenic air separation nitrogen production uses air as raw material, which is compressed, purified and heat exchanged to liquefy gas air into liquid air. Liquid air is mainly a mixture of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. Liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen have different boiling points and are separated by distillation to obtain nitrogen. 1. Air compression and purification The air passes through the air strainer to remove dust and mechanical impurities, then enters the air compressor, compresses to the required pressure, and then goes to the air cooler to reduce the air temperature. It then enters the air drying purifier to remove moisture, carbon dioxide, acetylene and other hydrocarbons from the air. 2. Air separation The purified air enters the main heat exchanger in the air separation column, and is cooled to the saturation temperature by the reflux gas (production nitrogen gas, waste gas), and is sent to the bottom of the distillation column. The nitrogen is obtained fr
