When the starts, it is necessary to ventilate before the water pump is started.

 

The pressure of air in the column before inflation is atmospheric pressure. When the air with pressure of 0.5MPa is introduced into the column, the pressure will suddenly decrease due to the expansion of volume and the air flow speed will increase rapidly, and its impact carrying effect is very strong. At this time, if the cooling water has been sprayed, the air is very easy to take water when it is out of the air cooling column. Therefore, it is required to inflate the column first, and start the water supply spray of the water pump after the pressure increases and the air flow is stable. Secondly, if the water pump is opened first, the water level in the air cooling column is too high, even exceeds the elevation of the air inlet pipe, the resistance of the outlet pipeline of the air compressor increases, which causes the turbine air compressor to surge.
