DEAR Air separation plant.The liquid oxygen circulating adsorber is used to absorb the impurities in the liquid oxygen and switch regularly; if the acetylene or hydrocarbon content in the liquid oxygen exceeds the standard, the alarm will start. In addition to the requirement of discharging liquid oxygen equivalent to 1% of the gas oxygen output per hour, the liquid discharge shall be increased; the plate type main cooler shall adopt full immersion operation; the main cooler shall have good grounding device.In the actual expansion process, due to the loss of mechanical friction and eddy current, the external work is reduced. It also transfers the heat energy to the gas, so that the actual enthalpy drop is reduced, the unit cooling capacity is reduced, and the temperature drop is also reduced. The expander efficiency η P is the degree that the actual expansion process is close to the ideal expansion process, that is, the ratio of unit actual refrigerating capacity △ h and unit theoretical refrigerating capacity △ HT.
The length of plate unit is about 5.4m, while the length of switching heat exchanger is 6m. Due to the simple equipment and low cooling loss in the device, the intermediate temperature of the heat exchanger can be generally higher or similar to the circulating temperature of the long plate heat exchanger.DEAR Air separation plant.Moreover, the cooling capacity of throttling effect accounts for a large proportion of the total cooling capacity. For example, when the working pressure is 3.0MPa, the refrigeration capacity of throttling effect per cubic meter of process air is 8.4kj/m3, and the refrigeration capacity of expander per cubic meter of expanded air is 37.7kj/m3.DEAR Air separation plant.When the heat flow is out of date, the heat (cold) storage body releases cold capacity (or heat storage), the temperature increases, and the temperature of the heat flow body decreases due to heat release. During the cold blowing period, the temperature of waste nitrogen decreases continuously. This is because the waste nitrogen passes through the packing layer and transfers the cold energy to the packing, so that the packing temperature decreases continuously.
