The operation condition of refined argon tower mainly depends on whether the condenser and evaporator work well together. If the cooling capacity of the condenser is too much, the condensation capacity is too large, and the reflux liquid is too much, the nitrogen part will not evaporate sufficiently, and the argon at the bottom may be polluted by nitrogen, thus reducing the purity of argon.The whole argon rich region of distillation section contains oxygen, argon and nitrogen, while the argon rich region of stripping section contains oxygen, argon and nitrogen in the upper part and only oxygen and argon in the lower part. In argon production, it is advantageous to locate the argon rich region of the stripping section at the outlet of the argon fraction.DEAR Air separation plant.In atomic physics, the nucleus of helium is regarded as a particle. Helium is widely used as protective gas in atomic industry. Helium is not only used as protective gas, but also as coolant in atomic reactor. Because the chemical property of helium is not active, it has no corrosive effect on the combustion device, and can improve the temperature and efficiency of the reactor. Because of the high thermal conductivity of helium, the cooling effect is good.
Part of the steam condenses into water, and the latent heat of condensation is released at the same time, which not only increases the cooling water quantity, but also increases the water temperature. However, the temperature of the air out of the cooling tower is reduced. Therefore, although the air is in direct contact with water in the cooling tower, the moisture content will be reduced.DEAR Air separation plant.The oxygen stop valve with diameter greater than 50 mm should be equipped with external bypass valve, and the valve diameter should be 25-40 mm. When the oxygen pipeline is opened, first open the external bypass valve to fill the pipeline or spherical tank with oxygen until the pressure before and after the valve is balanced (no flow), and then gradually open the oxygen valve to full open.Heating stage: the inlet temperature of sewage nitrogen increases rapidly, but the outlet temperature will continue to decline at the beginning, and then gradually increases. Because the heat at this time is first consumed in the heat required for desorption, the middle and upper molecular sieves of the bed are desorbed, and the heat is stored in the bed. The influencing factors of regeneration effect in this stage are nitrogen flow rate, heating time and regeneration temperature. The main purpose is to monitor the inlet temperature of sewage nitrogen.
Increase the expansion through the liquefier. One way of expanded gas goes directly to the cold end of the switching heat exchanger, and the other way goes through the liquefier. If the gas flow through the liquefier increases, the cooling capacity is sufficient, and the flow rate increases, the heat transfer can be enhanced, and the liquefaction capacity can be increased. Therefore, the bypass valve should be turned down to let more gas pass through the liquefier.DEAR Air separation plant.Generally, the more liquefiable the material is, the higher the corresponding critical temperature is. For example, water generally exists as a liquid, and its critical temperature is as high as 374.15 ℃. At the critical temperature, the pressure that can liquefy the substance is called "critical pressure". The critical pressure of air, oxygen and nitrogen is 3.87mpa, 5.079mpa and 3.394mpa respectively.Generally, the temperature of the waste nitrogen from the reversible heat exchanger (or cold accumulator) is 27 ~ 28 ℃, and the relative humidity is about 30%. In the water cooling tower, the temperature of the hot water from the air cooling tower is 35 ~ 45 ℃. Therefore, the nitrogen in the tower will absorb heat when it meets the hot water spraying, which will reduce the temperature of the water.
