The three-level safety education refers to the factory level safety education, workshop level safety education and post (section, team) safety education of new employees and workers. It is the basic form of safety production education system in factories and mining enterprises. Three level safety education system is the basic education system of enterprise safety education. Three level safety education is factory education, workshop education and team education. Enterprises must educate new workers on safety production in factories, workshops and teams; for workers who change new types of work, return to work, adopt new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new materials, they must carry out safety and health education on new posts and new operation methods. Only those educated pass the examination can take up their posts.
