According to different applications, nitrogen products are divided into three kinds: industrial gas nitrogen, pure nitrogen and high purity nitrogen.
Gas nitrogen for industrial use is generally used as protective gas, and the technical indicators are in accordance with the provisions of gb3864-83, as shown in Table 3.
Table 3 technical indicators of gas nitrogen for industrial use
Nitrogen content of category I (volume fraction)/% ≥ 99.5 oxygen content (volume fraction)/% ≤ 0.5 dew point/℃ "-43
Class ii I nitrogen content (volume fraction)/% ≥ 99.5 oxygen content (volume fraction)/% ≤ 0.5
Free water per bottle/mL (≤) 100
Class II Grade II nitrogen content (volume fraction)/% ≥ 98.5 oxygen content (volume fraction)/% ≤ 1.5
Free water per bottle/mL (≤) 100
Pure nitrogen is used for replacement gas or protective gas in chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics and other industries, and the technical requirements are in accordance with the provisions of gb8979-88; high pure nitrogen is mainly used in the electronics industry or the preparation of standard mixed gas, etc, technical requirements are in accordance with gb8980-88. Specific indicators are shown in Table 4.
Table 4 technical requirements of pure nitrogen and high pure nitrogen
Pure nitrogen excellent level purity/% ≥99.996 oxygen content/x10-6 ≤10 hydrogen content/x10-6 ≤5
CO content/x10-6 ≤5 CO2 content/x10-6 ≤5 DH content/x10-6 ≤5
Water content/x10-6 ≤5
Pure nitrogen primary purity/% ≥ 99.99 oxygen content/x10-6 ≤ 50 hydrogen content/x10-6 ≤ 10
CO content/x10-6 ≤5 CO2 content/x10-6 ≤10 DH content/x10-6 ≤5
Water content/x10-6 ≤ 20
High purity nitrogen excellent level purity/% ≥ 99.9996 oxygen content/x10-6 ≤ 1 hydrogen content/x10-6 ≤ 0.5
The content of CO, CO2 and dna/ x10-6 ≤1 water content/x10-6 ≤1
High purity nitrogen primary purity/% ≥ 99.9993 oxygen content/x10-6 ≤2 hydrogen content/x10-6 ≤1
The content of CO, CO2 and dna/ x10-6 ≤2 water content/x10-6 ≤2.6
High purity nitrogen secondary purity/% ≥99.999 oxygen content/x10-6 ≤3 hydrogen content/x10-6 ≤1
The content of CO, CO2 and dna/ x10-6 ≤3 water content/x10-6 ≤5
Note:
1. The purity in the table contains a small amount of lazy gases helium, hydrogen, neon
2. Liquid nitrogen does not stipulate water content.
