Air separation equipmentThe medium flow integrator is used together with the flow meter and accumulates the total amount of fluid flowing through the pipeline within a certain period of time. The usage of the integrator is as follows:
1) calculate the integral constant K. The meaning of K is the traffic value represented by each word (unit count) of the integrator.
K=qv,max/R
In the formula, qv, max -- the maximum scale of the flow meter matched with the integrator;
R -- when the input flow is qv, max, the number of words passed by the integrator within 1 hour is called integrator constant.
2) calculate the traffic. In a certain time interval, the difference of two reading times of the integrator multiplies the integral constant K, which is the total flow during this period of time. Use formula to express:
qv=(R2-R1)K
K in the formula -- integral constant:
R1 -- the first reading of the integrator;
R2 -- second reading of integrator.
For example, when the maximum scale of the flow meter used by the product oxygen flow integrator of 6000m3/h oxygen generator is 8000m3/h, the constant R of the integrator is selected to be 400. I walked 2440 words within 8 hours. Then the integral constant is: K = 8000/400 = 20m3/word.
The total output of oxygen within 8 hours is:
Qv=2440×20=48800m3
The average oxygen production per 1 H is:
qv=48800/8=6100m3/h

The classical single column process is the first one to be used in industrial application. However, there are many disadvantages in the classical single column process. One is that oxygen and nitrogen cannot be produced simultaneously, and the other is that the oxygen extraction rate can only reach about 70%. There are two improvement schemes to solve the defects of classical single column process. One is the curren...
