On September 22, the news came from Qinhuangdao city, Hebei province that Kaifeng DEAR kongfen Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DEAR kongfen) provided KDON (Ar) of Qinhuangdao Anfeng Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anfeng Steel) -30000/70000-900 air separation plant successfully produced oxygen and nitrogen products for the first time in early June this year, and the production and purity of oxygen and nitrogen products both reached or exceeded the technical index requirements of the contract.
After more than two months of operation, at the end of August, DEAR air separation sent technicians and the operators of Anfeng iron and steel to debug the argon system of the equipment. After half a month of efforts, stable operation for one week. By the end of September 15, the production purity of oxygen and nitrogen products all exceeded the contract index, the production of argon was stable above 950Nm 3/h, and the purity was more than 99.999% Ar.
This set of equipment is the fifth time that DEAR air separation plant provides complete sets of air separation plant for Anfeng iron and steel. The first several sets of 15000 air separation plant run smoothly, and all indicators are good, which are well received by users!
