Alexander the Great brought cultural integration to the Greek world, the Eastern world and the Far East world, and opened up a rich world which has always influenced the present Silk Road. It was said that he had devoted all his enthusiasm and energy to this. When he set out for the expedition to Persia, he had distributed all his property to the ministers.
In order to get on the long journey of expedition to Persia, he had to buy all kinds of military supplies, food and so on, for which he needed a huge sum of money. But he distributed all his property to his officials.
Pierdikyas, one of the ministers, thought it strange, so he asked Alexander the Great, "What will your Majesty take to set off ?"
For this, Alexander answered, "I only have one treasure, that is 'hope '."
It is said that after hearing this answer, pierdikyas said, "then please allow us to share it as well ."
So he declined the property distributed to him, and many of the ministers followed his practice.
The truth: all people live in hope. Hope is the primorant of positive attitude. Once there is hope, there is a positive heart. There is nothing that can't be done.
