In recent years, the pace of transformation and upgrading of domestic industries such as metallurgy, coal and electricity, coal chemical industry, steel and so on has been accelerating, and the air separation industry, as an important accessory, is facing new development challenges. Xu Hao, the chief engineer of DEAR Air Division, introduced, "in recent years, we have been complying with the situation, taking the national industrial policy as the guidance, and through the deep connection with the market, we have found out the 'door' and achieved technological breakthroughs ." It is reported that in the process of technology research and development, DEAR kongfen has gathered the backbone of Enterprise science and technology, cooperated with downstream manufacturers, built simulation test platform, and invested a large amount of money in research and development test. After countless experiments and parameter adjustments, the localization of the energy-saving oxygen generator is finally realized. Compared with the oxygen generator manufactured by traditional craft, the energy-saving oxygen generator developed by DEAR air separation saves about 30% electricity, the oxygen extraction rate increases from 95% to 99%, the investment cost decreases 5%, and the operation is more comfortable and convenient. Take the ordinary 4000-grade air separation plant as an example, the energy-saving oxygen generator can save 1 million yuan only by investing one item.
Meanwhile, the successful research and development of energy-saving air separation nitrogen water precooling system technology has achieved the recovery and utilization of waste heat, which has laid a solid foundation for the future development of domestic air separation precooling technology in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Insiders said that the successful application of two new technologies, energy-saving air separation nitrogen water precooling system and energy-saving oxygen generator, will significantly optimize the structure of air separation industry, it is beneficial for the development of air separation industry to improve quality and efficiency in the direction of energy conservation, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization, and further promote the acceleration of transformation and upgrading of domestic industries such as metallurgy, coal and electricity, coal chemical industry, steel and so on.
