With the service concept of "serving clients is the reason for DEAR's survival", we came to Yongzhen steel factory, where we had been practicing for more than half a month. Compared with the surprise when we were new here, now we feel more about the steadiness after getting familiar with it. In the oxygen factory, from the strangeness and ignorance when we first saw all kinds of towers and equipments to the skilled operation now, we have gained a lot from the process of solving confusion step by step.
Before that, our understanding of air compressor, precooling system, purification system and distillation column system just stayed on the representation of theoretical basis. However, this internship in Yongzhen steel factory really made us know each monomer and component of the air separation plant. We realized the image experience from abstraction, combined theory with practice, and grasped the theory better in practice. This scientific and effective learning method not only greatly improves the understanding of air separation equipment, but also has more guiding significance for our future work and study.
During the internship, what impressed us most were the strict discipline and strong sense of responsibility. Safety comes first in the whole production process. Besides the quality of the equipment itself is the decisive factor, the most critical link of safe production is safe operation, while strict discipline and strong sense of responsibility are the powerful guarantee of safe production. Through this learning life, we have a deeper understanding of the connotation of discipline and responsibility. In the future work, strict discipline and strong sense of responsibility will become a criterion of our code of conduct.
The air separation system is a system with strong professionalism and a wide range of components, and the relation and connection between each component are relatively close. In the operation control, cooperation among many people is required, so every employee is required to have a good spirit of cooperation. Only by solidarity, cooperation and coordination can the work be done perfectly. Having truly understood the essence of the spirit of solidarity and cooperation, we will run this spirit through our future work. And this spirit is also a reflection of our DEAR enterprise spirit.
Through this internship, we all gained a lot.
