The technical requirements of crude argon tower include:
1. the manufacture, inspection and acceptance of crude argon tower should comply with the provisions of JB/T 2549-1994 "aluminum air separation equipment manufacturing technical specification" and JB/T4734-2002 "Aluminum Welding container.
2. the welding joints of category A and B of containers should be tested 100% Ray to meet the n-level requirements of JB/T 4730-2005 non-destructive testing of pressure equipment; the welding joints of class C and D and the butt joints which cannot be detected by Ray should be 100% penetrated to meet the level I requirements of JB/t4730-2005.
3. after the manufacture of crude argon Tower (l) is completed, conduct the barometric test with dry and clean air or nitrogen at the gauge pressure of 0.104MPa and keep the pressure for 30 min without obvious deformation and leakage, then lower the pressure to 0.09MPa surface pressure to conduct the air tightness test, and keep the pressure, and no leakage is allowed.
4. after the combination of the upper and lower sections of the crude argon Tower (2) and the crude argon condenser evaporator, the air pressure test of channel I (outside of the condenser) is carried out at the gauge pressure of 0.104MPa, and the pressure is kept for 30 minutes without leakage, and then the pressure is reduced to 0. o9gMPa pressure surface pressure is tested for air tightness, and the pressure-retaining lh should not leak; Channel n (the inner side of the condenser, namely the crude argon Tower 2) is tested for air pressure with 0.12MPa pressure surface pressure, and the pressure-maintaining pressure for 30 minutes should not leak, then lower the pressure to the surface pressure of 0.09MPa to conduct the air tightness test. Keep the pressure for 1 hour and do not leak. The Test medium is dry and clean air or nitrogen.
5. Test procedure according to pressure vessel safety technology supervision regulations.
6. The assembly and installation of tower body, stuffing and accessories shall be implemented according to HKBS-1999 "technical conditions of aluminum distillation column manufacturing.
7. When the stuffing is filled, the direction of the first plate of stuffing and the supporting grid of stuffing is 45o, and the direction of each plate of stuffing is 90o later.
8. When installing stuffing and tower inner parts, welding slag and other sundries shall not be brought into the tower.
9. all parts should be deoiled before installation or after repair, and the cleanliness should meet the relevant requirements of JB/T 6896-2007 air separation equipment surface cleanliness, re-polluted parts should be cleaned again and meet the requirements.
