1. For boilers whose working pressure is less than 2.5MPa, the precision of pressure gauge should not be lower than level 2.5; for boilers whose working pressure is ≥ 2.5MPa, the precision of pressure gauge should not be lower than Level 1.5; for boilers whose working pressure is more than 14MPa, the precision of pressure gauge should be level 1.
2. The scale value on the pressure gauge plate should be chosen according to the actual working pressure of the boiler. The range of the pressure gauge should be chosen according to the working pressure of the boiler, and the limit value of the range scale should be 1.5 ~ 3.0 times, it is better to be 2 times.
3. The diameter of the pressure gauge should be ensured that the furnace operator can clearly see the pressure indication value, and the dial diameter should not be less than 100mm. Generally, the diameter of the pressure gauge selected for boilers with a height of 5 m should not be less than 200mm; when it is more than 5 m, the diameter of the pressure gauge should not be less than 300mm. When the height is relatively high, it is better to use seamless steel pipe with an inner diameter of 10mm (such as △14x 2), leading down from the pressure Tube interface on the top of the boiler to 1.7 m from the front or front of the boiler to the ground, fixed on the position where the boiler shell is easy to observe, and it is also convenient for regular flushing operation, loading and unloading to replace the pressure gauge.
