2. Wear protective articles correctly when operating low temperature liquid, wear protective glasses, gloves should be worn in sleeves, boots should be worn in trousers legs, clothes should be made of cotton.
3. Low temperature liquid can not be splashed on the equipment, but be discharged on the cement foundation, the ground and the trench.
4. Do not dismantle the liquid tube with pressure to prevent popping and hurting people.
5. When liquid appears in the full valve on the side of the liquid storage tank, the liquid should be stopped and the surplus liquid should be drained.
6. Liquid tank the use of liquid storage tank such as automobile tank is strictly prohibited.
7. The valves at both ends of the low temperature liquid pipeline should not be closed at the same time, and should be kept in touch with the equipment with pressure gauge and safety valve facilities in the container.
8. When the low temperature liquid is discharged, the joint shall not leak, and shall not eliminate the leak with pressure.
9. The floor around the liquid oxygen storage tank shall not be paved with asphalt, and the floor shall not have grease.
10. No place leading to the lower place (trench or Yinjing) is allowed within at least 5 m around the liquid oxygen storage tank ).
11. There should be protective handrails around the liquid storage tank, and there should be safety signs that forbid open fire.
12. The connection joint of the liquid tube of the liquid oxygen tank truck should not be knocked by iron.
13. Liquid oxygen can not be poured into the underground places with garbage heaps and grease, and can not be poured into the container with grease.
14. The places of liquid oxygen are not allowed to have a kind of porous inflammable substances such as charcoal.
15. During the period of liquid oxygen emission, oxygen steam is steamed around, and there should be monitoring around to prevent the introduction of fire.
16. When there is liquid oxygen in the liquid oxygen storage tank and the air separation Tower, it is not allowed to start the fire. It should be heated thoroughly before starting the fire.
17. When there is low temperature liquid, the materials should be made of low temperature materials.
18. The structural welding line of containers with low temperature liquid should adopt intermittent welding to prevent the explosion when the liquid is vaporized.
19. The liquid oxygen level of the air separation Tower should be stable at a certain height, and the fluctuation should not be too high or too low. When it is too low, the concentration of harmful impurities such as acetylene should be prevented.
20. Low temperature liquid can not be directly introduced into general normal temperature air separation tower to prevent thermal stress from pulling off pipelines and containers.
21. Before heating the air separation Tower, the liquid in the tower should be drained before it can be blown with cold air for half an hour, then heated with heated air, and the heating temperature should be strictly controlled between 60 and 80 degrees Celsius.
