In December 2, the company officially signed a contract with Henan Yongmei group's "52000" large air separation plant project. The signing of this set of contract brought great joy to the employees of the company after the reform, and also brought new opportunities for the new opening of determination to become bigger and stronger.
This set of "52000" air separation equipment is the largest level of air separation equipment designed and manufactured by our country at present, and it is also the first set of large air separation equipment contract of 50 thousand level undertaken by the company in history. This set of equipment is the supporting project of the 500 thousand tons methanol project of Henan Yongcheng Coal and Electricity (Group) Co., Ltd. According to the requirements of the contract, our company must deliver the goods within 12 months. The air separation unit will adopt advanced technologies and technologies such as hydrogen-free argon production and dual-pump internal compression process, and the design value of oxygen and argon extraction rate will reach the world advanced level at present.
Over the years, the employees of the company have made a lot of contributions to realize the localization of large-scale air separation. Before 2001, the domestic demand of 40 thousand-level large air separation plant all needed to rely on import. Although the domestic air separation plant industry has developed for decades, however, the capacity of a single set of air separation plant is still hovering below 20 thousand cubic meters per hour, which cannot meet the demand of metallurgy, fertilizer, chemical engineering, petrochemical industry and other industries, and restricts the development of national economy. In order to rapidly improve the manufacturing capacity and technical level of national industry, our company has been aiming at the latest international air separation technology and constantly seeking for opportunities to realize the localization of large air separation equipment. The company was the first to adopt advanced whole rectification argon production technology and internal compression process in China, and took the lead in successfully developing large air separation monomer equipment such as high pressure tube-wound heat exchanger. The "28000" air separation plant provided for Liuhua in 2002 filled the blank of air separation plant of compression process within 30 thousand levels in our country; in September 2004, the 40 thousand air separation plant provided by the company for Shandong Hualu Hengsheng was successfully started at one time, it has ended the history that China's 40 thousand-class large air separation plant relied on imports, and realized the dream of several generations of air separation personnel for many years.
The research and development of "52000" large air separation plant of Yongmei Group will open a new chapter of the company's development.
