Before filling the molecular sieve, it is necessary to check that there is no leakage of the molecular sieve in the sieve bed, otherwise it needs to be dealt with. There should be no oil or other debris inside the tank; Personnel participating in filling should not wear work shoes with nails to avoid damaging the sieve bed; Wear clean and oil-free work clothes. Several standard height marks need to be made in the middle part. First, check the ring chamber and fill it with aluminum glue to reach the standard height, then fill it with molecular sieve. Due to the large amount of molecular sieves used, there are generally some differences in the molecular sieves produced by different kilns. Therefore, it is necessary to evenly fill the molecular sieves of the same batch of kilns into two molecular sieve tanks.

After the filling is completed, first use a leveling mechanism to level the molecular sieve and check if it reaches the standard height (the annular chamber has been buried below the molecular sieve). Repeat the leveling work on the molecular sieve until the molecular sieve on the sieve bed is flat and there are no unevenness issues. After checking that there are no issues, it can be considered that the filling work is completed.

In the main column of the air separation column, the distribution of argon varies with the position of the liquid air inlet. With the increase of liquid air inlet position, the maximum concentration of argon enrichment zone in the stripping section also increases, and the nitrogen content in the distillate can be reduced. However, the argon content in the downstream also increases. In order to ensure the purity of oxygen, more trays are needed under the extraction port of argon fraction. Therefore, in the case of producing argon, the position of liquid air supply E1 should be appropriately increased compared with the case of not producing argon. Some unit is equipped with two liquid air inlet positions to meet the conditions of argon production and non argon production respectively. In the production of argon, in order to improve the extraction rate of argon, the content of argon in oxygen and nitrogen must be reduced. When the content of argon in exhaust nitrogen is more than 0.3%
