In order to control the speed of the turbine expander, make it run at the highest efficiency point, and prevent runaway, each turbine expander shall be equipped with a braking device. The commonly used braking forms include fan braking, motor braking and booster braking. The brake cost of the fan is low, and the operation is convenient, but the power cannot be recovered, and the noise is large. It is only used for the brake of small and medium-sized expanders; The motor brake has no noise and can recover power as electric energy, but the equipment cost is high. Only the large oxygen concentrator is equipped with a turbine expander with motor brake; The booster brake increases the inlet pressure of the expander and recovers the expansion work to the oxygen generator itself, which is a relatively advanced brake form.

Kaifeng DEAR Air Separation Industrial Co., Ltd. supplies the ultra-low pressure air separation equipment KDON (Ar) - 11000/2000/300 of Anyuan Special Steel Co., Ltd. of Anyang Iron and Steel Group. By installing a lift lift and a second lift lift in the transmission pipeline from the bottom to the top of the two-stage fractionator, the pressure in the gas-liquid mixing chamber is increased by using the gas in the high-pressure gas chamber, thus reducing the pressure drop of the liquid in the process of overcoming the rise of gravity, The exhaust pressure of the exhaust compressor is correspondingly reduced, and the energy consumption of the ultra-low pressure air separation unit is reduced. The setting of aluminum structured packing makes the exhaust pressure at the outlet of the exhaust compressor lower, thus further reducing the energy consumption of the air separation unit.

In the liquid air separation plant, the cooled refrigerant goes to the air machine through the refrigerant delivery pipeline, and the intercooler cools the compressed air to around 10°C, improving the efficiency of the air compressor and reducing the energy consumption of the air compressor. The air separation unit uses circulating nitrogen to recycle and utilise the CNG cold through a heat exchanger, which in turn liquefies the air to transfer the cold to the liquid air separation plant, an...

The plant operation cycle between two large heating is related to many factors. From an operational point of view, this mainly depends on when the air passage of the main heat exchanger is blocked. The main reason for the blockage is that the moisture and carbon dioxide content in the air entering the unit exceeds the standard, which accumulates and freezes in the main heat exchanger until it is blocked. The abnormal operation of molecular sieve purification system will shorten the operation cycle of the unit. It is mainly caused by the following reasons: 1. The molecular sieve adsorption bed is short circuited. In the process of operation, due to the unstable gas velocity control or switching, the pressure difference between the two tanks is too large, which will affect the bed layer, make the molecular sieve bed uneven and make the bed layer short circuit. In serious cases, the dust screen of the adsorber will break and the molecular sieve powder will enter the heat exchanger c
