The pressure of oxygen and nitrogen products produced by the air separation unit after being reheated by the heat exchanger out of the air separation cold box is generally 0.12MPa. Then it is compressed to the pressure required by the user through the compressor. This process is called external compression process. The internal compression process is to extract liquid oxygen products from the condensation evaporator, pressurize them to the required pressure by the liquid oxygen pump, and then supply them to the user through the heat exchanger for reheating and gasification.

DEAR Air Separation has successfully developed an energy saving adsorber for molecular sieve regeneration for Yinan Hujing Special Steel Co., Ltd., which is applied to the KDONAR-16000/16000/600 air separation unit. The device adopts the method of matching the inner filter cylinder with the outer filter cylinder to effectively enhance the filtering performance. The gas distribution structure with a buffer chamber and a gas divider plate is set to effectively buffer the incoming gas. With the method of matching the filter plug with the filter hole, the gas enters from the filter rod on the filter plug and enters the filter chamber through the filter rod for filtering. The operation is convenient and the effect is remarkable. The adsorption performance is improved and the energy consumption of the equipment is reduced.

In the small air separation unit, when gas or liquid flows through a shrinkage hole or valve in the pipeline, the flow will be hindered, and the fluid will produce vortex collision, friction and other resistance at the shrinkage hole or valve. In order to flow through the shrinkage hole or valve, the resistance must be overcome, showing that there is a pressure difference before and after the shrinkage hole...
