Influencing factors of cooling effect of nitrogen water tower precooler

The nitrogen water precooler belongs to a mixed heat exchanger. The air directly contacts with the dirty nitrogen in reverse flow. Due to the unsaturation of the dirty nitrogen, a large amount of water evaporates into the dirty nitrogen. The heat taken away is the water temperature decreases. The cooling effect of the precooler of the nitrogen water tower is affected by the spray water volume, the diameter of the sieve plate, the number of plates or the selection of the packing. The most important factor for cooling effect during operation is the ratio of spraying water and air volume, but too low temperature may cause the danger of icing, so the spraying volume of water during operation is generally 0.00055~0.0014m ³/ m ³ A, which can not only achieve the required cooling effect but also prevent icing.

DEAR Air Separation Design and Research Institute implements customized design services for each contract requirement and actual situation of each user, and carries out targeted design for the project. It is the basis for the optimization parameters to meet the requirements of optimized rated working conditions, and at the same time, it is the maximum scope for users to make rational use of the site in the space with the site. At the same time, safety should be taken into account to reduce costs for users, which not only ensures the safe operation of the device, but also saves costs for users, demonstrating the excellent quality of Deere fine air separation products everywhere.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...

Distillation is using the different boiling points of the two substances to condense the mixed steam and vaporize the mixed liquid repeatedly to achieve gas separation. For a mixed liquid composed of two substances with different boiling points, when the heat absorption part evaporates, the volatile components will evaporate more, while the mixed steam will give off heat and partially condense, the non volatile components will condense more. If the saturated steam with higher temperature is mixed with the saturated liquid with lower temperature, the steam will release heat and partially condense, and the liquid will absorb heat part of it evaporates. If after a round of partial evaporation and partial condensation, the steam and liquid with higher concentration will contact with the steam and liquid with different temperature respectively, and then partial condensation and partial evaporation will occur again. This process will be repeated for many times, and finally gas separation
