When the pressure of the container is fixed, the liquid in the container is heated. When the temperature of the liquid is lower than the boiling point, all the liquid in the container is in liquid state, which is called supercooled liquid. However, when the temperature continues to rise and reaches the evaporation temperature, the liquid begins to evaporate, and the temperature remains unchanged. At this time, the coexistence of vapor and liquid is in a sub saturated state. When all the liquid in the container evaporates, the saturated steam continues to be heated, and the steam temperature starts to rise again, exceeding the saturation temperature, which is called superheated steam.

During the production process, DEAR Air Separation has the following representative manufacturing processes: automatic plate rolling, after the plate is rolled, the external drum shaping ring is used to ensure the roundness of the pipe and cylinder; Thin plate welding, control arc starting and extinguishing current, transfer welding defects. The aluminum alloy below 8mm shall be welded in straight seam, welded on one side and formed on both sides; For thick plate welding, aluminum alloy cylinder with thickness ≥ 8mm shall be welded on both sides and formed on both sides. The internal welding gun determines the welding position, speed and current, and the external welding gun changes according to the internal welding gun.

The classical single column process is the first one to be used in industrial application. However, there are many disadvantages in the classical single column process. One is that oxygen and nitrogen cannot be produced simultaneously, and the other is that the oxygen extraction rate can only reach about 70%. There are two improvement schemes to solve the defects of classical single column process. One is the curren...
