The quality of air separation plant installation is an important part to ensure the overall quality of air separation plant, so the safety of air separation plant installation is very important. The safety precautions in the installation of air separation plant are summarized as follows.
1.The installation and construction of air separation plantmust be carried out in strict accordance with the “Safety Technical Operation Regulations”of the construction unit.
2.The construction personnel of air separation plant must work with certificate, and safety belt must be fastened during climbing operation to ensure safety protection of high-altitude operation.
3.The hotwork in the air separation plantarea must go through the fire operation procedures, and the fire can be started only after the procedures are complete, and there must be a special person to take care of the hot work process.
4.During the pipeline strength pressure test of air separation plant, other operations shall not be carried out, especially during the air pressure test to prevent accidental injury.
5.Before hoisting, the air separation plant shall be inspected item by item according to the provisions of the hoisting scheme, such as whether the selected machinery, plantand lifting rigging of the lifting lug meet the requirements of the hoisting scheme. Whether the steel wire rope and snap ring are qualified.
6.During the installation of non-ferrous plantin the air separation plant, the nitrogen sealing condition should be confirmed before the site incision, and the hydrogen content at the upper pipe orifice should be measured to see if it is within the normal range. Before cutting, the nitrogen sealing nut should be slightly unscrewed to release the nitrogen sealing pressure. The air circulation must be maintained at the discharge site.
7.After the colored plantin the air separation plant is in place, the top nozzle of the pipe shall be kept open, and a small amount of dry air shall be filled at the bottom regularly to fully replace the gas at the top of the container, so as to avoid the accumulation of trace hydrogen on the top of the container or in the pipeline.
