One important aspect of the management of molecular sieve purification system is the management of "switching device".

The Molecular Sieve Purifier needs to be inspected once a week to check whether the specified temperature is reached during regeneration and cooling, and whether the switching time meets the requirements. If there is any abnormality, it should be adjusted in time. After the purifier is used for one to two years, the particle breakage of molecular sieve and activated alumina shall be measured. If necessary, all the particles shall be taken out and screened to remove the powder and particles. When sieving, be sure to carefully blow and sift to completely remove the particles and powder deposited on it. Molecular sieves and activated alumina should be added or replaced as required. When adding or replacing, molecular sieves and activated alumina from the original supplier should be selected, and the height of the adsorption layer should be ensured to reach the specified thickness.
